Restocking Fees

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. This fee is 25% of the item(s) cost.


Exchanges will be honored first and foremost with valid reason within guidelines set forth by the specific manufacturer only. These do vary by manufacturer. This could include, but not limited to shipping damages, non-operational upon arrival, and other specific issues that fall within these guidelines. Every reasonable attempt will be made to remedy the situation before consideration of a refund.


Refunds will only be granted if the manufacturer cannot satisfy their own warranty guidelines and provide the customer with an acceptable solution. Refunds will not be given for circumstances out of our control such as the size, gas type, or any other reasons where it was well within the customer’s control before going forward with the purchase. Refunds or exchanges are the sole discretion of based on evaluation of all mitigating circumstances. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receipt, so long as product is unused and in original packaging. A return credit will be issued back to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned product(s) to the manufacturer. Shipping charges paid at time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. The applicable restocking fee will also be deducted from the return This fee is 25% to cover the cost of processing. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes.
